I have walked in your shoes. Growing up as a sedentary and overweight kid offered countless obstacles. Eating disorders, body image issues, and a complete lack of self esteem created a great enough pain to illicit change. I have first hand experience with the countless struggles of trying to become healthy and can wholeheartedly say that it is possible.
